With a private practice at The Harley Street Clinic, part of HCA Healthcare UK, Dr Elaine Tickle is an accomplished GP, committed to delivering patient-centered care with comprehensive, individually tailored treatment plans.
After graduating in Medicine from the University of Liverpool in 1996, Dr Tickle served as a medical officer in the Royal Navy - a rewarding role that enriched her medical expertise. Dr Tickle’s dedication to professional development led to her completing her general practice training, including care of the elderly, trauma, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology.
In 2002, she became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners followed by an NHS general practitioner position in Bristol, where Dr Tickle specialised in stress-related illnesses and sexual health medicine, completing the Diploma in Family Planning and running several community sexual health clinics.
Her desire to focus solely on providing fully personalised, patient-centred healthcare led to Dr Tickle moving to private practice in 2009. Her unwavering dedication to addressing patients' physical, psychological and emotional needs, has helped hundreds of people, giving them a supportive and safe space throughout their healthcare journey.
